Dr Raihana Barvin

Mystic Vision

The whitened world, a peaceful place,

And the roaming souls are near to me.

A longing voice chases around my beats.

Is it yearning to share? Yes, maybe.

The unknown smiles and hurts of me,

Is it because of that? Yes, it could be.

A lovable face with a smiling gaze,

Oh, that’s the thing of mine, it researched me.

The endless words with tears and fears,

Of the invisible figure beat my ears.

I heard nothing but it was tired,

The first of my lost words began to fly.

Its woeful sight made me still,

And my awful tears glide to spill.

Again, the soul fades away, as a grey sky into the night,

Still, my words are left alone in the bliss of solitude!

The touch of a babe turned me as mine,

The door of an invisible world closed with a sigh.

Again, I plod on with heartfelt pain,

Still, my words are left alone in the bliss of solitude!
