Dr Prashanta Chandra Panda (PhD) is an Associate Professor in Economics at School of Liberal Studies, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He has previously worked as Assistant Director (Planning) at OPEPA, Professor at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. He had his education at MA in Central University, Hyderabad, MPhil at Jawaharlal Nehru University and PhD from Utkal University, Odisha. Of late, he has developed passion for writing poems in English, Hindi and in his native Odiya language. He is a popular teacher.
